Sport and recreation has great cultural and economic significance throughout Europe, and so CCPR works closely with sister organisations on the continent to promote sport and recreation and to share best practice. Just like in the UK, CCPR camapigns for greater recognition of the sector and lobbies to protect sport from any negative impacts of EU legislation.

Working in Partnership
CCPR is a member of ENGSO (European Non-Governmental Sports Organisation) and is active within the ENGSO EU Working Group and ENGSO Youth.
CCPR is also a partner in the EU EOC Office, along with the national sports organisations of Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden. Much of CCPR’s EU campaigning is undertaken in conjunction with our partner organisations.
