Sports that have the largest number of spectators make up the smallest of CCPR's divisions. Issues of concern include broadcasting rights, the integrity of sport, taxation and ticket touting.
The relevant national governing bodies in the division have agreed a Voluntary Code of Conduct in Sport Broadcasting Rights. This code is supported by the Government, and ensures that a minimum 5% of the monies raised through the sale of broadcasting rights is invested into sport at grassroots level.
