Wright Hassall advises both sport governing bodies and individual sportsmen and women across a wide range of matters. In addition we also advise sporting venues and clubs on media and sponsorship rights and related issues.
Our non-contentious work includes constitutional and regulatory matters through to commercial contracts, licensing and merchandising agreements, rights management and exploitation. On the dispute resolution side, we have considerable sports tribunal experience representing both sporting bodies and individuals, including appearing before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.
