Tim Lamb, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to his appointment on 1 August 2005, Tim was the Chief Executive of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) for eight years between 1997 and 2004, during which time, under his leadership, the sport of cricket witnessed a period of unprecedented reform and modernisation.
Tim played professional first class cricket for Middlesex County Cricket Club between 1974 and 1977, and for Northamptonshire CCC from 1978 to 1983, before moving into sports administration. He was appointed General Manager of Middlesex CCC from 1984 to 1988 and subsequently Cricket Secretary, later Deputy Chief Executive, of the Test and County Cricket Board from 1988 to 1996.
Sallie Barker, Head of Services
As Head of Services, Sallie is responsible for a range of areas including communications, events, administration of the Board, Divisions and Committees and the CCPR corporate services (HR, IT and facility management). A key aspect of her role is the development and management of the CCPR's services to members.

John Ollard, Head of Finance
A Chartered Accountant and Economics graduate, John handles the financial affairs of the CCPR. Prior to joining the CCPR on a part-time basis in 2000 John's entire career was spent in the private sector, mainly in the precious metals business. In addition to the role as Head of Finance John is also involved with policy matters which have a financial and tax emphasis; and is additionally responsible for the development of commercial opportunities which are of benefit to CCPR members. He is also a Director/Trustee of Sports Leaders UK.

Andrew Hanson, Head of Policy
As Head of Policy, Andrew leads a team of three policy officers and one research officer. The team plays a key role in scrutinizing policy and legislation emerging from Westminster and Europe, and works to ensure that this benefits sport and recreation. The team also promotes the contribution of sport and recreation to broader social agendas. The monthly policy update keeps CCPR members abreast of all current policy developments.

James Stibbs, Head of Communications
James is responsible for co-ordinating the CCPR’s communications programme. Working across the organisation’s divisional structure, James’s role is to maintain the profile of the CCPR amongst its stakeholders and to promote the interests of sport and recreation to its key audiences. He also acts as the CCPR’s day-to-day spokesperson on issues affecting the sector.

Kate Lawrenson, PA to the Chief Executive
Kate provides secretarial support to the Chief Executive and advises on Corporate Governance Procedures for the organisation. She also provides full support for the Board of Directors, Finance Committee, CCPR Enterprise Board and the General Council.

Helen Tan, Training and Education Development Officer
Helen is CCPR’s Training and Education Development Officer and is working with Skills Active and Running Sports. Helen’s remit ranges from developing the programme of CCPR workshops, Smart Sport and CEO training to supporting members to achieve the Equality Standard for Sport. Helen is also the Lead Officer for the Movement and Dance Division.

Dominic Goggins, Policy Officer
Dominic is CCPR's fiscal and regulatory policy officer. Dominic will play a key role in campaigning for more sustainable funding for the sector and in ensuring that any tax, investment and regulatory reforms don't adversely affect CCPR's members.

James MacDougall, Policy Officer
James is CCPR’s European and International Officer. James works closely with the European Commission, European Parliamentarians, the European Non-Governmental Sports Organisation and the EU Sports Office. James’ remit ranges from the European Commission’s Sports Unit’s sports policy to areas of legislation created by other Directorates-General that effect sport, such as media rights or the free-movement of players.

Richard Norman, Business and Membership Development Officer
Richard is the prime contact for a variety of NGBs of sport and recreation and the prime purpose of his role is to identify and establish new, appropriate services for CCPR members in the areas of organisational development and capacity building. He also manages several existing support systems eg the CRB check service and the Business Support and CASC helplines . Richard is the lead officer for the Regional Committee and CCPR’s Development Directors’ Forum and is also responsible for developing CCPR’s links with the wider voluntary sector at a national, regional and local level.

Angela Sasso, Events Officer
Angela manages the delivery and budgets for the full range of CCPR events and social occasions including the AGM, seminars and workshops, launches, National Conference and Vice-President’s dinner. She is also responsible for the administrative support for the Torch Trophy Trust. In addition she will provide management of the CCPR meeting room(s) booking service.

Martin Key, Policy Officer (Recreational Space)
Martin is responsible for CCPR’s work to ensure that our members can access the built and natural environment to practice their activities. Martin works closely with agencies such as Natural England and the Environment Agency, and is CCPR’s representative on the School Playing Fields Advisory Panel. Good environmental and safety practice is a key element of sustainable access, and Martin is CCPR’s representative on the Best of Both Worlds Initiative, and also provides the Secretariat to the Adventure Activities Industry Advisory Committee
Sonia Clarke, PA to Head of Services
As PA to Head of Services Sonia's role requires involvement in many areas of CCPR life and as Membership Officer, Sonia provides overall support to our members which includes the application process and ongoing admin support includint subscriptions. Sonia is also responsible for the support to Divisional meetings, preparing agendas, attending meetings and producing minutes.

Syann Cox, Research and Evidence Officer
Syann is responsible for identifying the impact of policy proposals on sport and recreation, by generating and collecting data from CCPR’s members and other agencies, then developing robust models from these. Syann also ensures that CCPR remains abreast of CCPR member needs to inform its campaigning and service provision.
